Sathiya Prakash (Managing Director)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration from University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, enhancing his management competencies and industry knowledge.

Extensive experience and expertise with high rise luxury residential buildings, earthworks, roadworks, commercial buildings and residential bungalows.

Dr.Suaathi Kaliannan (Executive Director)

Oversees the finance department, investor relations, and overall administration.

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a Master's in Engineering Technology (Geotechnics), and a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
She began her career in September 2016 as a structural and geotechnical design engineer at SNA Consult Sdn. Bhd. In September 2022, she became Executive Director of Binasky, leveraging her extensive construction industry experience and administrative expertise.

Palen Suppan (Advisor)

Over 38 years of construction industry experience. Appointed to the Board in September 2022, he oversees the management and operations of the company's construction projects.

Extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial properties, and infrastructure works. Since acquiring Binasky in 2022, he has focused on developing financial management mechanisms to minimize project risks.
